Shield (Chester, England)
W.B.S (Makers Mark - Ward Brothers, Reg 1897)

There also appears to be a serial number R8569565

Date from guides and references best estimated at 1924.

We have dated this to the best of our knowledge using guides available. This is quite difficult with the Chester hallmark as they closed in 1962. 15ct Gold was discontinued in England in 1932. We therefore know it pre-dates these two time frames.
